A Message from Our Founder
When I decided to start my home care business, I didn’t consider myself a businesswoman but rather an entrepreneur or founder. My focus isn’t just on business, it’s about making a meaningful impact. The goal wasn’t just to make money, it was driven by a deep passion to help people who need proper care and support. Additionally, providing respite care gives families peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are in good hands. I believe everyone deserves dignity and respect, especially after working so hard throughout their lives to build a secure retirement.
This business is about more than just the clients, it’s also about THE CAREGIVERS. As someone who has been, and always will be a caregiver, I know how challenging the work can be and how undervalued caregivers often feel. Too many people see caregiving as a degrading job, but I want to change that mindset. Being a caregiver is a privilege, an honor, because not everyone has the heart, patience, and strength to do it.
I am committed to restoring dignity and respect to caregivers while ensuring they are fairly compensated and supported. Just as our clients deserve care and compassion, our caregivers deserve the same. Together, we can create a culture of mutual respect, honor, and gratitude for everyone involved.
